FISHING REPORT: Gail Frances (RI) 9/21

Sept 21 :

We sailed today with a light crowd and they were treated to very good fishing. We had a good showing of codfish in the morning with many fish coming on jigs. High hooks had 3 fish on bait or jigs. Lots of shorts in the mix as well. A few fish over the slot that were returned. Some fluke still around that went in the buckets with cod, sea bass, scup, cunners and flounder. A very nice day on the water before the blow
