The Gambler was out on a 12 hour taug trip on Sunday. We had a slow pick on shorts and keepers. A few fish over 5lbs and the biggest was maybe 6lbs. The blackfish took both green and whites. Not too much trouble with dogs. Really nice day with a small group of fun guys. Some of the fishermen were releasing the large taugs. Really good to get out there.
We are headed out again on Thursday and Saturday, leaving at 5AM. Trip limited to 35 guys or less. Best to book online but you could walk-on if the boat is not fully booked. Thursday looks like nice weather. We may need to switch our Saturday trip to Sunday, due to weather –I’ll keep an eye on it.
