keepers n short action —
“The day began with a slow start, but soon picked up pace. After a quiet first drop, we scored a few keepers on the second drop, mixed with some shorts. On the third drop, a keeper right away before immediately the wind shifted 180 degrees and current changed. Determined to deliver and not end the day like that we re-anchored and landed a few more keepers and shorts. The hookup action was sporadic but with loosing crabs constantly , bite was hard to time but our passengers praised our efforts to keep the bites coming. Despite the tough current, we adapted and made the most of it. A great day on the water, with great group of fellas and plenty of blackfish action!”
