2/12/22: Capt. Scott reported that first mate Pete was hopping around most of the day as this picture perfect day brought some nice green cod over the rail. At days end we ended up with 74 keepers and lots of released fish. Today, might have been our first trip of the season where things weren’t freezing. We had a nice bite throughout the day and as always great clients working together and putting together a nice catch. It’s was nice to see the steady action and the rods bending.
Unfortunately, even though the temperature is going to be mild tomorrow there’s a lot of wind in the forecast. Therefore, we will be cancelling Saturday and trying to sail Sunday.
