We caught 11 jumbos (1 1/2 fish per pound).
We also caught Sheephead, Whitebass, Catfish, and White Perch… and then the bite died off, so we moved. We didn’t find another bite after that. 🫤
We were using 2 hook crappie rigs, that I make.
The catch was 7 pounds at Port Clinton Fish Co.
I’m off the next four days…

Fishing day 3 of 4 with Bob and Bruce…10/9/25
Tougher bite for us today…ended with 33, but they were smaller than the previous two trips with Bob and Bruce, earlier this week….10 pounds. Bite died when the wind switched from the NNE to the ESE.

A decent start to the black piece season as dapper Dan had his limit, along with Seabass and a few porgies. Mostly everyone went home with fish!
We will be canceling this Sunday and Monday trips due to the impenng Nor’Easter, however will be back to it Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday next week. See you soon for Tog season!![]()
