We picked at blackfish most of the day today with both keepers and shorts. We caught quite a few big porgies on Wednesday but none today, they may have left with the full moon. We’re hoping to get enough people to sail tomorrow, and Sunday looks like a great day. Text me at (516) 361-9275 for reservations.

Who would have thought we have already been blackfishing for a month!!!
Water temps are still in the upper 50s and the fish are still on the move . Fishing should only get better and better
Hard to think it will get better and better when we are seeing triple digit keeper catches as well as full boat limits
Don’t get left at the dock and c…Read More -

Fishing was picky today with a few Blackfish, some big Porgies and some Seabass and triggerfish. Dogfish were a little hungrier than usual. We’ve been fishing the inshore reefs and rocks fishing for everything that bites the hooks using green and white crabs for bait.
We’re sailing every day, weather permitting, from 7am till 4pm. Tom…Read More -

5/25 – 6/2
Time to get caught up on some info and back to posting everyday. The bite remains strong and we are still seeing rather large haddock – 10.5 lb in the photo.
The bite has been exceptional on marathon trips and we are having some very productive stops for experienced anglers on full day trips.
Wolffish was returned to the sea alive and well. -

LAM limited and came home an hour early, 37 passengers times 15, that’s a lot of Haddock. LMA didn’t have everyone limit, but some had 10, some 20, pretty close to the boat limit. Phenomenal fishing. Both the AB and MJ did excellent and MJ caught another Porbeagle. Still room tomorrow, Friday, Saturday and Sunday sold out. $82 is pretty cheap con…Read More

It’s crazy, be in early again with as many Pollock as you can catch. You can only put so many fish in the boat. So we’re going back to, “ it’s fishing” good days, bad days and never kno…Read More
