THE BOAT The Pearl is specifically built 50x16 feet Delta Marine Charter boat, recognized as one of the premier yacht builders in the world. She has a normal cruising speed of 16 knots, but is capable of sustained speed of 25 knots. Powered with twin EPA tier III compliant Cummins engines, expect a smoke free work environment. She is equipped with both 120 Volt power from our 6.5 Kw generator and over 3000 Watts of clean inverter power as well. Inside you will find a warm comfortable cabin, two 4’ x4’ dinettes, a fresh water galley, and a large comfortable restroom FISHING The Bay Area has some of the finest King Salmon fishing in North America Year in and year out the Bay Area has some of the top Chinook salmon catch rates, with the Pearl always near the top landing boat in the fleet. Beginning in the spring and running into late October anglers can expect to find good fishing throughout the calendar. Annually between 200-400,000 salmon feed off the Bay Area coast in preparation of migrating into the Central Valley watershed to spawn in the fall. Fish range between 8 and 30 pounds, These are Ocean bright and are considered the finest eating salmon in the world. Fresh on the grill or smoked you will find no better salmon!
